Software applications are fine, but it's communications and teamwork that get the job done. The ICE Development team was formed with this theme in mind and with the goal of making an ERP system into an integrated collaborative environment. As in the real world, the foundation of the ICE concept is communications. Two software engineers, an HR graduate student, and a manufacturer who was in search of a better way of managing his business formed a team to reinvent ERP. Six years and a million dollars later, ICE was born.

Although this was the core of the team, over 150 people were involved in shaping the program. Each area of business was examined, both from the bottom up and from the top down. Each person communicated the needs to do his job. At the same time management conveyed its needs to see that the job was being done. But in all cases the mandate was interactive communications.

ICE brings new efficiencies in running a business, as well as new ways of seeing and advancing that business.
